- Describes or recommends using our products in a manner inconsistent with their labeling or in any dangerous, harmful, unapproved or other inappropriate manner
- Uses names of medical conditions not found on the product labeling. Reviews that name health conditions other than psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis or dandruff may not be posted on our website.
- Mentions competitive products, brands or companies
- Offers medical advice, including recommendations or suggestions regarding the use of any drug, medical device, or other product
- Reports Quality Complaints in which the consumer alleges deficiencies with the quality, durability, reliability, effectiveness, performance, or functionality of a product or its packaging, including its labeling. Quality Complaints should be reported by email to Customer Service or by calling 1-800-635-3696, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm CST.
- Solicits Medical Advice, including any request for product usage information outside the scope of the product labeling, inquiries about remedies for named ailments (whether or not related to a MG217® product), or any requests that should be answered by a Health Care Professional
- Includes personally identifiable information such as full names, license plates, phone numbers, personal addresses (physical or email) or website/webpage links
- Is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, violent, discriminatory, obscene, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation, or that is otherwise not suitable for a public forum
- Infringes any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy
